Job Summary

This role involves leading the vocational training program for apprentices specializing in 'Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering' at a cement plant in Lengerich. The trainer is responsible for both theoretical and practical instruction within the company's training workshop, ensuring compliance with relevant laws (e.g., Vocational Training Act). Key duties include planning individual training placements for electrical apprentices, coordinating with other trainers for mechanical and process apprentices, and overseeing maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks performed by trainees. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman qualification in Electrical Systems (or equivalent) with proven professional experience and strong pedagogical skills. They must be adept at using new media to modernize the training process and possess excellent communication and motivational abilities to guide and assess young professionals.
