The Project Manager for R&D Dairy Products will be instrumental in driving innovation across Emmi's product portfolio, focusing on both traditional dairy items and vegan alternatives. Key responsibilities include managing the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept generation and recipe creation through development, testing, and successful market launch. You will leverage your expertise to continuously improve manufacturing processes, optimize product specifications, and refine process guidelines. This role requires careful handling of raw material specifications, coordinating sampling, and providing crucial decision-making foundations for strategic development projects. Success in this position demands a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach, coupled with strong collaborative skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams spanning development, marketing, sales, procurement, production, and quality management. Candidates should hold a degree in Food Sciences and be proficient in both German and English.
