Job Summary

The Samtgemeinde Bevensen-Ebstorf is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer specializing in Stormwater and Urban Water Management to join the Construction and Planning Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, assessment, and supervision of facilities related to precipitation and urban water management. Key daily tasks include preparing application documents for water rights permits (WHG), managing project planning services across all phases (HOAI 1-9), and overseeing the execution and billing of stormwater disposal measures. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent) and demonstrates strong organizational skills, a service-oriented approach, and cooperative teamwork. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive public service compensation (up to TVöD-VKA EG 11) and opportunities for professional development, including potential expansion into a sectional leadership role.
