Job Summary
This role is designed for an experienced IT Support Specialist to strengthen the team at the Herborn, Hessen location. The specialist will primarily provide First- and Second-Level support for the general client-computing infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation, installation, and maintenance of IT front-office solutions. Daily tasks include managing support requests via a ticketing system, configuring and maintaining hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, mobile devices), and troubleshooting system and application issues. The position also involves assisting with support for critical business applications such as ERP, CRM, and Solidworks, and contributing to network and security services. Candidates require a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent professional experience, coupled with at least four years in a dedicated IT support role. This is an opportunity to work autonomously within a motivated international team, contribute to IT projects, and potentially lead them, while utilizing strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach to user problems.

Experience
- At least four years in an IT support role
- Professional experience equivalent to an IT Specialist for System Integration qualification
- Experience with databases and their interfaces (desirable)

- Location in Herborn, Hessen. Maximum 10% travel to other locations may be required. On-call duty may be required during non-business hours in critical emergencies.
