Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced and dedicated IT professional to join an internal IT team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the company's core technology infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the administration, installation, and configuration of Microsoft Windows Server environments and client workstations, including MS Office suite management. The specialist will be crucial in handling the internal support ticket system, performing troubleshooting, and resolving IT disruptions efficiently. A key part of the job is also evaluating, creating, and implementing new IT concepts and software applications. The ideal candidate should possess a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent, coupled with professional experience, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in German.
