Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrician to take on the role of Technical Lead for our coffee machine service workshop. This position requires expertise in both internal workshop repairs and external field service, focusing specifically on the maintenance and repair of complex coffee systems, including portafilter (espresso) and fully automatic machines. Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on technical work, ensuring compliance with VDE standards and safe operation of electrical devices, managing technical processes, and engaging directly with customers. The ideal candidate possesses the EffT qualification and strong business acumen. Optimally, you are a certified Electrical Installer eligible for registration in the Trades Register as a Technical Manager, demonstrating the blend of technical depth and leadership required for this critical, full-time, permanent role.
