Job Summary
This permanent, full-time role within the Plochingen city administration requires a dedicated specialist to oversee the technical management of municipal buildings and properties. Key responsibilities include the coordination and supervision of essential maintenance and renovation projects, planning and monitoring building upkeep measures, and ensuring compliance with operator obligations. The specialist will also organize and monitor the inspection and servicing of technical and structural systems, utilizing digital building software (ideally CAFM systems) for data management and updates. Candidates should possess a technical qualification, such as a Technician or Master Craftsman certification, preferably in building technology or electrical engineering. Professional experience in technical facility management is highly advantageous.
