This field service role involves installing, commissioning, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining critical medical systems, including operating room lights, media supply systems, and specialized gas supply systems, within hospitals and laboratories. Based in the Rendsburg region, the technician starts daily from home with a company car, traveling regionally (approximately one hour driving time) to various project sites. A core function of the role is acting as the primary customer contact, advising clients on necessary service work, ensuring proper documentation of all procedures, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical qualification, such as in electrical systems or mechatronics, along with practical experience in customer service, ideally involving electromechanical or pressurized gas systems.
