Job Summary

This is a critical, full-time, temporary role as an IT Support Specialist within the municipal IT department of the city of Heide, primarily covering a sick leave replacement, though continuation is possible. The core responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level user support for approximately 160 PC workstations and 50 servers, alongside extensive management of IT environments across local schools, which includes supporting around 2000 end devices (laptops, tablets, interactive panels). Day-to-day tasks include hardware/software installation, user administration, configuration of telecommunications systems, and network administration. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration) or equivalent professional experience. Desirable qualifications include knowledge of Microsoft Server environments (2019/2022/2025), Windows 11, network security, and data protection.
