Job Summary
As the Head of Customer Service, you will lead the customer service department, taking full technical and organizational responsibility. Your daily tasks will involve managing small projects from quotation to final acceptance and billing, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal quality standards. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and management, actively developing processes, motivating your team, and ensuring smooth operations. This role also entails economic responsibility for your area, including active resource and schedule management. Required Skills
Education
Completed apprenticeship as a Master (Meister), Technician, or Engineer in SHK (Sanitation, Heating, Air Conditioning), Heating, Plumbing, or comparable field.
Experience
- • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in customer service or project management
Languages
Additional
- Driving license Class B required.
