Job Summary

This role seeks a seasoned M365 Solution Architect/Engineer to join the Modern Workplace Team, focusing on leveraging Microsoft 365 technologies to enhance accessibility in education. The core responsibilities include leading Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot initiatives, designing scalable copilots, and driving adoption while measuring value. The successful candidate will architect and deliver cutting-edge M365 solutions across Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and the Power Platform. A critical component of the role is implementing robust governance and security controls, including DLP, information protection, and conditional access, ensuring responsible AI and data governance. This position requires 3-5 years of enterprise-scale M365 implementation experience, strong proficiency in Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents, and expertise in automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
