Job Summary
This role is ideal for a passionate Data and Analytics professional seeking to shape the future of Cloud Data Engineering. The successful candidate will act as a technical lead, advising clients on crucial topics such as Data Integration, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, MDM, and Data Platform architectures. Day-to-day activities involve actively designing customer- and project-specific solutions, particularly within the Cloud Analytics ecosystem (focusing on Azure, Databricks, and Fabric), and coordinating project teams. The role requires strong technical and methodological skills to structure projects, serving as a role model internally, and helping to expand the company's consulting offerings. This is a chance to secure real added value for clients through modern data architectures in demanding analytics projects.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience
Experience
- 2-3 years of current professional experience
- Proven experience with the Cloud Analytics ecosystem (preferably Azure)
- Strong knowledge in Data Platform Architectures, Data Lake, and Data Mesh
- Initial experience in Cloud Data Infrastructure, IaC, and/or CI/CD
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel on a daily basis for international projects; Position is based in Vienna, Austria.
