Job Summary
This role seeks three dedicated Cybercrime Specialists to join the Criminal Police Inspectorate in Schwerin, Germany, focusing on solving digital crimes. The successful candidates will be appointed as civil servants in the higher police enforcement service. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently leading investigations into internet- and computer-based offenses, such as hacking, identity theft, and digital fraud. You will be crucial in analyzing security incidents, countering criminal IT infrastructures, and providing technical consultation to investigation teams. Key requirements include a university degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with profound knowledge of network architectures, operating systems, internet technologies, and cybersecurity.
