This role is for a Project Assistant in Berlin, supporting a leading service provider in building technology and plant construction. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the project management and team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing project schedules, organizing and documenting meetings, handling travel planning and expense reports, and managing project correspondence and documentation. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), and fluent English language skills.
