Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Technical Manager at the Me and All Hotel Leipzig, part of the Lindner Hotel Group and affiliated with JdV by Hyatt. The core responsibility is the comprehensive technical oversight of the hotel's operations, ensuring adherence to all occupational safety regulations, internal standards, and quality controls. Day-to-day duties involve rigorous cost controlling, including forecasting and budgeting, managing invoice verification, and conducting continuous safety inspections and functional checks of all technical areas and facilities. The manager will be responsible for operating building services, managing energy consumption, handling maintenance, repairs, and statutory testing of all systems (including electrical and HVAC). The ideal candidate must possess a completed technical vocational education (such as an Electrician or Plumber) and strong technical knowledge across multiple disciplines, including Building Management Systems. This position requires strong leadership skills to guide the technical team and act as the primary interface for external contractors and property owners, focusing on continuous optimization and technical excellence within a dynamic, growing hotel brand.
