Job Summary

This crucial role as an IT Data Steward focuses on the technical administration and support of the central Master Data Management (MDM) system, specifically handling Supplier and Financial Master Data. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level support for master data inquiries, analyzing and resolving technical errors, monitoring system interfaces (ERP, Reporting), and ensuring stable system operation. You will actively contribute to the technical maintenance of the data model, coordinate change requests with IT and Data Governance teams, and support system releases and deployments. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in IT support or application management. Technical understanding of MDM systems (ideally TIBCO EBX), basic knowledge of databases, XML/JSON, and interface handling (API, ETL) are highly beneficial.
