Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support for SAP Ariba Guided Buying within an internationally operating technology group. The specialist will primarily handle service tickets and incidents related to the SAP Ariba Guided Buying environment, assisting end-users with operation, navigation, and basic technical inquiries. A key responsibility is ensuring timely ticket resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including status communication and diligent ticket documentation. The ideal candidate should have initial experience in IT support or a service desk environment, possess foundational knowledge of SAP Ariba Guided Buying (or a willingness to quickly learn), and demonstrate a service-oriented, structured approach to ticket prioritization and management.
