Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Metrology Technician to join an international industrial company south of Munich on a permanent contract. The core responsibility is ensuring sustainable quality assurance using advanced 3D coordinate measuring machines. Day-to-day tasks involve defining precise measurement strategies, planning and executing measurement sequences, evaluating testing equipment, and meticulously analyzing measurement protocols to identify geometric deviations. A crucial part of the job involves conducting capability studies (cp, cpk values) and maintaining comprehensive test plans and procedural instructions within the CAQ system. Candidates must possess completed technical vocational training, several years of experience in measurement and testing technology, and deep knowledge of both optical and tactile measuring systems. Expertise in quality methods like 3D metrology, 8D, FMEA, AUKOM, and ISO 9001 standards is essential, along with proven proficiency in Zeiss Calypso software. This position offers above-tariff pay, bonuses, and a company pension.
