This role involves providing essential technical product support for industrial laundry machinery and systems, specifically focusing on thermoprocessing plants and RFID technology, to both domestic and international customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex technical inquiries and complaints, taking product ownership for specific thermoprocessing and RFID solutions, and collaborating closely with the development, sales, and service departments. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (Master Craftsman or Certified Technician) in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, possesses experience in technical support or application technology, and is proficient in industrial control technology and MS Office.
