Job Summary
This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to take on the strategic development and commercial management of the Diakonie St. Martin foundation, a non-profit organization with 2,000 employees focused on social welfare, care, and education. Working closely with the Executive Board, the Head of Administration will be responsible for the strategic direction and commercial leadership of all central administrative departments, including HR, financial accounting, controlling, IT, and performance billing. The role involves managing a team of approximately 50 employees, ensuring compliance with legal and economic frameworks, overseeing contract management, and leading negotiations regarding care rates. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Administration, Commercial Law, or Controlling, coupled with extensive leadership experience in the commercial sector, preferably within the social economy, and a strong commitment to the organization's Christian values.

Completed degree in Business Administration, Commercial Law, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in a leading commercial function
- Experience in the social economy sector (ideally)
- Professional experience in financial accounting, controlling, and personnel
