Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Designer to be the driving force behind the electrical systems for industrial automation plants. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and cable plans using EPLAN P8, selecting and integrating electrical components (sensors, actuators, controls), and generating electrical Bills of Materials (E-BOMs). The designer ensures seamless integration by collaborating closely with PLC programmers and automation specialists, adhering strictly to safety standards, CE directives, and regulations like IEC. A key part of the job involves supporting installation, wiring, and testing, including on-site troubleshooting and fault diagnosis, which requires willingness to travel. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in electronics or electrical engineering, proficiency in EPLAN P8, and practical knowledge of control cabinet construction and automation components, ready to contribute innovative ideas to the growing field of industrial automation.
