Job Summary

This role involves working as a Service Technician in Hammelburg, primarily responsible for ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of driving simulators used by the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Day-to-day tasks include performing periodic maintenance, executing necessary repairs, and updating simulators to the latest technical standards, including technical development during refits. The technician will also manage the local spare parts inventory, analyze faults in collaboration with the client, and maintain databases related to operational readiness and failure statistics. Key requirements include a completed technical education and further training in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with strong communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to work independently.
