Job Summary

This Project Manager role is crucial for securing and expanding gas concessions within the MITNETZ Gas network, focusing on safety and innovation in future energy technologies, including the transition to Green Gases/Hydrogen. Day-to-day, the manager will develop and review network management concepts, examine complex concession contents (contracts and procedural documents) through to approval, and ensure compliance in concession procedures, including auditing mobile units, operating sites, and partner firms regarding staffing, qualifications, and safety. A key aspect of the role involves serving as the local representative, actively managing relationships with municipalities, and participating in local events. The position requires an engineering degree (Energy, Electrical, or Supply Technology) combined with practical experience in network operations, ideally in the gas sector, and a strong understanding of commercial contract fundamentals. This is a dynamic interface role combining technical field work, office duties, and strategic communication.
