Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated IT Specialist to join the IT Support/Field Service team, offering an indefinite contract and a varied work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd-level IT support, both remotely and on-site, troubleshooting and resolving IT disruptions. Key daily tasks include maintaining and servicing workstation and server systems, developing practical IT solutions related to security, operating systems, and networks, and actively participating in IT projects. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification or comparable degree, solid experience managing IT infrastructure and networks, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows Client/Server OS and virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
