Job Summary
This Requirements Engineer role is situated within one of Europe's leading technology services platforms, FERCHAU, focusing on driving complex development projects for notable clients. The core responsibilities involve end-to-end requirements management, including eliciting needs from internal and external stakeholders, analyzing and structuring both functional and non-functional requirements, and creating detailed specifications (such as specifications documents and SRS/PDS). A crucial part of the role is ensuring requirements traceability throughout the entire development lifecycle, performing rigorous consistency and completeness checks, and coordinating closely with development teams and specialist departments. The engineer will also support the definition of testing and validation strategies. Successful candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, professional experience in technical requirements analysis, and familiarity with industry-standard tools like IBM DOORS, Polarion, or Jira. The position offers an unlimited contract and flexible working arrangements.
