This role is for a Software Validation Manager specializing in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) within the dynamic Pharmaceutical and Life Science sectors. You will be responsible for managing biomarker validation processes in LIMS, which includes creating and executing comprehensive test plans. A core function involves the continuous development of the test strategy, emphasizing optimization and automation across the testing lifecycle. You will also provide crucial support to LIMS developers and Product Owners through hands-on testing, test data creation, user support, and training. Furthermore, you will contribute to data management tasks, system error resolution, and the meticulous creation and review of essential validation documents, such as Test Cases and Risk Assessments, ensuring close collaboration with development teams. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in Natural Sciences, Computer Science, or Bioinformatics who possess experience in GxP or LIMS validation and strong software testing knowledge, offering the opportunity to drive complex projects for leading industry clients.
