Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Electrical Engineer to provide high-level technical support, ensuring optimal system functionality for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing and resolving complex technical faults, utilizing both remote diagnostics and direct on-site service deployments. A critical aspect of the role is close collaboration with the Development and Quality Management departments to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions. You will also be responsible for creating and updating essential maintenance and repair instructions and checklists. Key requirements include a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, fundamental knowledge of network and computer technology, and practical experience with industrial measurement technology and bus systems. This position requires strong troubleshooting capabilities and excellent communication skills in both German and English, offering the opportunity to drive technology forward and handle technically challenging support cases.
