Job Summary

This Requirements Engineer role focuses on driving technology to the next level by designing, conceptualizing, and overseeing requirements for complex software and system modules, specifically within the Infotainment or Driver Assistance domains. Day-to-day responsibilities include the detailed analysis of existing system and software specifications, evaluating new requirements, and actively contributing to the development of technical specifications (Lastenhefte). A critical part of the job involves managing change requests for both new and modified requirements. The successful candidate must be a graduate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, bringing fundamental knowledge in requirements management within the automotive sector. Extensive practical experience with software development models such as Automotive Spice and the V-Model is mandatory, alongside familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and tools like DOORS or MKS. This position offers the chance to work on exciting projects for leading IT solution providers, requiring fluent German skills and strong communication abilities.
