Job Summary

This role involves executing electrical installations within engine compartments and technical rooms for projects in shipbuilding and marine technology. The Ship Electrician will be responsible for commissioning, monitoring, and handing over electrical systems and equipment to the shipping company and classification societies. Key daily tasks include measuring, testing, and documenting electrical parameters, as well as verifying digital and analog inputs/outputs in automation systems. The position also offers the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of control systems within these automation setups. Candidates should hold a completed vocational training as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, possess strong technical understanding, and demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills. While shipbuilding knowledge is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The company offers an unlimited employment contract and various professional development programs.
