Job Summary

As a key member of the Automation Services Team, the Information Manager will serve as the central IT point of contact for the group-wide Data Platform operations. This role involves coordinating and managing external partners for the Data Platform, overseeing basic Power Platform tasks such as governance, monitoring, and reporting, and supporting its ongoing development. The manager will act as a liaison between business departments and external stakeholders to advance platform products and services, and handle 2nd-level support requests. Collaborating with team members and external partners, they will ensure secure and smooth platform operations. Additionally, the role includes creating informational and training materials, and establishing guidelines for platform usage.
