Job Summary

The HR Specialist will join a dynamic HR team within a leading global technology company specializing in plant construction, located in Eastern Zurich. This versatile role involves providing comprehensive support to the Head HR and HR Managers across various business units, handling all aspects of personnel administration from entry to exit. Key responsibilities include managing social insurance matters, maintaining personnel master data, overseeing time recording, and coordinating the interface with payroll (mutations, salary runs). A significant part of the job involves contributing to the optimization of internal HR processes, performing HR controlling tasks (analyses, evaluations, statistics), and actively participating in diverse HR projects such as Performance Management, Personnel Development, and Compensation & Benefits. Required Skills

Education

Commercial basic training combined with further training as an HR Assistant or HR Specialist

Experience

  • Several years of relevant experience in a similar HR function within a larger company, preferably in a service environment
  • Profound practical experience in personnel administration
  • Good knowledge of payroll administration
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
