Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced HVAC/Plumbing Engineer to join a dynamic team in Dresden, focusing on the independent planning and execution of Technical Building Services (TGA) projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing projects while adhering to strict cost, quality, and schedule requirements, leading a project team of service technicians, and actively engaging in client consultation, proposal generation, and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, either through a Master's/Technician qualification or a relevant degree in Building Services Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in TGA or customer service. Strong technical understanding of heating, ventilation, and plumbing (HLS) systems, knowledge of relevant DIN and VDI standards, and fluent German language skills are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding position.
