Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Team Leader in Electrical Engineering, focusing on the semiconductor industry in Dresden. The core responsibilities involve building transport systems for manufacturing automation, performing electrical and mechanical assembly of components under cleanroom conditions, and conducting initial tests, commissioning, and functional checks until customer acceptance. The ideal candidate will possess a recognized vocational qualification in an electrical trade, or be an Industrial Master/Technician in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in installing electrical components and systems. A key aspect of the job is cooperatively leading and developing a small team, ensuring occupational safety as the responsible electrical expert, and actively defining and implementing project workflows.
