Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the compliance and safety of electrical systems and lightning protection through rigorous testing and maintenance. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for the entire process, including organizing, planning, and scheduling assigned contracts, and route planning which incorporates necessary overnight stays. Day-to-day tasks include conducting tests, creating technical sketches and overview plans, and meticulously documenting results. A core function is evaluating test outcomes based on current laws, standards, and regulations, culminating in the creation of technical inspection reports, primarily using MS Excel. This position requires strong self-organization, communication skills, and a willingness to travel, offering a permanent contract, intensive training, and a company car (optional private use). Candidates must have a background in electrical engineering or a related field and be physically fit for working at heights.

Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an Electrician/Installer, Mechatronics Technician, Master Electrician (HWK/IHK), State-certified Technician, Engineer, Master, or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or Automation Technology

Experience

  • Professional experience with electrotechnical building installations
  • Professional experience with control cabinet construction
  • Optional: Certification as a Lightning Protection Specialist (VDE/VdS)
