Job Summary

This role places you at the forefront of e-mobility, acting as a key figure in the validation and optimization of high-voltage components and battery management systems within the automotive industry in Mannheim. Day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting rigorous tests to ensure the reliable function of eDrive battery systems, developing configurations to maximize the range and efficiency of HV components, and supporting extensive test drives under real-world conditions. You will also be responsible for comprehensive documentation, including compiling technical requirements into specification documents and ensuring development quality through modern processes and tools from design to final product release. Success requires an academic background in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, foundational knowledge of HV systems development, expertise in planning and evaluating test series, and experience in project management. This is a crucial, permanent full-time position offering the opportunity to actively shape the future of electric vehicle technology.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable technical field
