Job Summary

This role offers an engaging opportunity to shape the future of the AMAG Import AG dealer network in Switzerland, focusing on strategic development for major automotive brands like Volkswagen, Audi, and Skoda. As the central point of contact for Dealer Network topics, you will drive the planning and strategic alignment of sales and aftersales locations. A key component of the role involves in-depth analytics, including creating potential, capacity, and competition assessments for both sales and aftersales segments. Furthermore, you will independently manage partner discussions focusing on strategy, succession planning, and new construction projects, while also overseeing complex change processes like mergers, acquisitions, and business transfers. Successful candidates must possess professional experience in automotive network development, strong legal fundamentals (especially antitrust law), and advanced commercial education. Crucially, fluent German communication skills are mandatory, complemented by good English and preferably French, making this a challenging yet rewarding position for a strategic business professional.

Required Skills

Education

Commercial basic training combined with further education in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (Higher Technical College / University of Applied Sciences / University).

Experience

  • Professional experience in network development within the automotive industry
  • Basic legal knowledge, particularly concerning antitrust law
  • Experience in managing organizational change processes (e.g., exits, entries, mergers, acquisitions)
  • Experience in leading partner discussions focused on strategy and new projects
