A key part of the role is documenting site processes and providing essential information for professional site controlling. Ideal candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or Geology, or an equivalent technical qualification, coupled with prior experience in managing civil engineering projects. Success in this position requires resilience, assertiveness, excellent communication skills for negotiation and conflict resolution, and strong organizational ability to manage work autonomously.
