Job Summary

As a Software Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex manufacturing and operational processes into robust software solutions, ensuring automated and efficient control. Your daily tasks will involve creating detailed functional descriptions and program flowcharts, and implementing sophisticated control functions in PLC software and user-friendly HMI interfaces. A key aspect of the role is developing and standardizing company-wide project templates for components and production lines, fostering consistency and efficiency. You will also be responsible for gathering information, developing solution approaches, and preparing and conducting employee training on new systems. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in automation, electrical engineering, computer science, or mechatronics, who is proficient in PLC programming and HMI systems, and possesses excellent communication and analytical skills.
