Job Summary
This role seeks a dedicated Infrastructure System Engineer and IT Consultant to join a dynamic, mid-sized IT systems house in East Hesse, Germany. The core responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of IT solutions, including analyzing, conceptualizing, designing, and implementing complex IT projects. You will act as a key consultant for clients, specializing in areas such as Cloud Technology (Azure, AWS), IT Security, Networking/Routing, Office 365 Communication, Citrix Virtual Apps, Virtualization, or SAN. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining and administering customer systems and actively participating in the pre-sales and conceptualization phases. Candidates should possess a background in IT system integration or a comparable degree/qualification, coupled with foundational knowledge in Microsoft Client-Server environments, Active Directory, Office 365, Virtualization, and Networking. Strong German and English language skills are essential for client interaction and project execution.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable education/degree with a focus on Information Technology. Career changers with relevant expertise are also considered.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system integration or related field
