Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Technician keen on managing complex projects within the special plant construction sector, specifically involving glass processing systems and related infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting technical specifications and requirement profiles, overseeing procurement processes, and managing external manufacturing and acceptance testing. A core focus is on the modification, new construction, and procurement of machine controls and drive technologies. The Project Engineer will also be responsible for creating and maintaining ECAD plans and parts lists, coordinating assembly and commissioning, and managing suppliers and fitters. This position requires strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering standards, proficiency with ECAD tools (ideally EPLAN P8), and experience with SAP-EAM. The role offers the opportunity to apply conceptual thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration skills in a dynamic environment, with the added requirement of good German and basic English language skills.
