Job Summary

This role involves performing essential maintenance and repair work on sophisticated technical systems primarily for clients in the automotive industry. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for independent fault diagnosis and problem analysis, collaborating closely with the internal helpdesk and development teams to implement modernization and technical optimization measures directly at customer sites. Key responsibilities also include providing on-site instruction and training for operating personnel, offering remote technical support via phone, and actively contributing to continuous product improvement. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Mechatronics, or Industrial Mechanics, coupled with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a passion for modern technologies like measurement/testing technology or electromobility. Regular travel to customer locations is required, making strong communication and teamwork skills essential for success.
