Job Summary
As a Process Coordinator, you will be instrumental in identifying potential areas for improvement, optimizing workflows, and implementing sustainable enhancements within a leading telecommunications wholesaler in Germany. Your daily tasks will involve documenting and developing decision templates for process optimization, conceptualizing and implementing efficiency gains, and introducing new business processes based on market and customer demands. You will also create and update work instructions, process descriptions, and training materials, while supporting employee training and monitoring the success of process improvements. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Business Process Management and a passion for driving change and efficiency.

Completed commercial training, university degree, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience in project management and accompanying change processes
- Professional experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and process analysis
- Ideally, knowledge of commercial and business contexts related to goods
