Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Technician specializing in Mobile Network Monitoring within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment, focusing on telecommunications and E-Mobility solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the reliable surveillance of mobile and communication networks using modern NOC tools, handling incoming fault reports, classification, and detailed ticket documentation. The technician will perform initial fault analyses and coordinate targeted troubleshooting efforts with field technicians and customers, acting as a crucial communication hub. Key requirements include a completed technical education (e.g., IT Systems Electronics, IT Specialist, Communication Electronics) or initial practical experience in technical support/NOC. Candidates must possess fundamental knowledge of network technology, routers, and protocols, and be willing to work in a three-shift system (early, midday, and night shifts).
