As the Head of Route Planning and Construction, you will lead a small team, conceptualizing potential routes in collaboration with project development, creating detailed calculations and specifications for external construction tenders. A key part of the role involves utilizing AutoCAD to generate precise plans for routes and substations. You will act as the primary decision-maker on site, overseeing construction quality and ensuring the precise use of measuring equipment. Success requires strong communication and negotiation skills to secure necessary permits and easements from authorities, municipalities, and landowners, ensuring the seamless connection of power plants to the grid.
