Job Summary
The Aar-Einrich Municipal Association is seeking a full-time Digitalization Officer to drive the digital transformation of its public administration. This role involves comprehensive project management and implementation of key digitalization initiatives, including Document Management Systems (DMS), the Online Access Act (OZG), e-Files, and electronic archiving. The officer will be responsible for coordinating and advising various departments on digital solutions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g., data protection and archiving duties), and managing interfaces between different IT systems. A crucial part of the job is training and supporting staff in adopting new digital tools and continuously optimizing existing digital workflows. Candidates should possess a degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field, or relevant professional experience, ideally within the public sector, coupled with a strong background in project management and administrative technologies. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Digitalization, Process Management, or a comparable field, OR a completed vocational training in the IT sector with corresponding professional experience, OR qualification as a Certified Administrative Specialist (Angestelltenprüfung 2)
Experience
- Experience in the implementation and management of digitalization projects, especially DMS, OZG, and e-Files
- Professional experience in the field of administration and administrative technologies, ideally in the public sector
- Fundamental knowledge of the legal framework for digitalization in public administration
