Job Summary

This role is ideal for a certified Diagnostic Technician who excels in complex automotive repair and electronic diagnostics. Day-to-day responsibilities involve performing demanding maintenance, repair, and overhaul tasks on customer vehicles, utilizing electronic test equipment to diagnose technical defects, and determining the optimal repair path. A key function is diagnosing and correcting faults within networked electronic systems. The technician will also support workshop management and service advisors on technical inquiries, interact with customers to verify complaints, and differentiate between operational issues, system behavior, and genuine technical defects.
