Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Automation Technician specializing in the commissioning of special-purpose pharmaceutical machinery. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the hands-on commissioning of complex systems, including control systems like Siemens or Rockwell, and ensuring seamless system integration through close collaboration with software, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams. The specialist will hold overall responsibility for the production line from initial commissioning through final acceptance, including the technical leadership of software commissioning activities. Key requirements include a technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years) in special-purpose machine construction. The position requires a high degree of travel readiness to integrate and finalize systems globally at customer sites, making strong technical skills combined with a proactive, goal-oriented approach essential for success.

Advanced training/certification as a Technician in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics

Experience
