Job Summary

This crucial role involves the comprehensive supervision and management of building and civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for plan coordination, detailed work preparation, and on-site monitoring of construction execution. Daily duties include ensuring strict quality control, maintaining thorough documentation (including the construction log), processing defect notices, and coordinating services across multiple trades. A key focus is guaranteeing compliance with stringent occupational safety (DGUV V1) and environmental protection requirements, as well as managing and adhering to project timelines. This position requires a relevant technical qualification or degree in construction/architecture, coupled with multi-year professional experience in construction or project management, and fluent German communication skills. The role offers an unlimited contract and flexible working arrangements.
