Job Summary

This role involves supporting the municipal sewerage network team, focusing heavily on coordinating and supervising external contractors for maintenance, repair, renewal, and new construction projects within the 120 km sewer network and house connection channels. Day-to-day duties include overseeing channel cleaning and inspection activities, managing the sewer information system, and handling customer complaints (complaint management). The ideal candidate is a Certified Civil Engineering Technician specializing in Sewerage and Civil Engineering, possessing strong teamwork, communication, and customer-oriented skills. Experience in municipal urban water management and knowledge of Geo/Sewer Information Systems are highly desirable, making this an excellent opportunity to contribute to sustainable energy and water infrastructure within a stable public utility company.
