Job Summary

The Expert Visual Merchandising professional will be instrumental in strengthening the global retail experience for a prestigious luxury brand, ensuring brand consistency and impactful displays worldwide. Reporting to the Manager Retail Marketing, this role focuses on managing complex visual merchandising projects from initial concept development through to global execution and installation. Day-to-day tasks involve overseeing prototyping, production logistics, supplier selection, and monitoring quality control, while ensuring strict adherence to brand consistency, quality standards, and budget constraints. The successful candidate must possess 7-8 years of relevant experience, coupled with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Design. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration with creative, retail, and international market teams, transforming concepts into technically feasible productions. This position offers a unique chance to monitor retail trends and material innovations, ensuring cohesive and cost-effective retail touchpoints globally, requiring fluency in both French and English.
